Planning For the Autumn Show

The Autumn Miniatura starts on Saturday 22nd September and here are a few reminders to help you get prepared for your visit.

Get your tickets! - The tickets for Saturday are £11.50 and you need to buy these in advance using the ticket hotline 0844 5811291, you can also find lots more information about them here. We are also offering a ticket reservation system (while stocks last), just contact our office on 0121 783 9922 during office hours or e-mail us on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and as long as we have some tickets left we'll put some aside for you to collect on the day. If you find the tickets for Saturday have sold out you are still able to come along on the Sunday when we don't have a limit on the numbers through the door.

Find your favourites! - The Gallery of exhibitors and the printable listing are available. Find the exhibitors who are on your wish list and make sure you know their stand numbers before you arrive. Don't forget to check out the newcomers Les Petits Chapeaux De Coralie, Ella-Rose Miniatures and Tiny Morsels!

Comfortable Shoes! - The show is big. You will be doing a lot of walking and, whilst we do put down carpet (red carpet of course) and plenty of seating if you want to see everything at the show, you will be grateful you chose the right footwear for the job.

Pen and notepad! - This sounds crazy but it's amazing how many visitors forget what they saw, where they saw it and who made which miniature. The show guide is a great resource and you'll get all the contact details and descriptions of the exhibitors in there, however it's not going to tell you where you saw that hat you fell in love with or who made the chair that caught your eye that would be perfect for your latest room setting.

Workshops and Talks! - As these are on a schedule it's important to make sure you have seen the listing so you don't miss out. The great thing about shows is you get to do and see things that you just can't get anywhere else. That first hand experience with the makers themselves can really make a good day out into a great day out. We want everyone to have the best possible experience at the Miniatura. Take a look at the schedule of workshops here.
