1066 and all that

dateman bayeaux950th Anniversary of The Battle of Hastings

To mark the 950th anniversary of the Battle of Hastings in 1066, Dateman Books have produced a book telling the story of the Norman invasion as seen through the Bayeux Tapestry.  The original tapestry is 70 metres long but only 50cm high so this book, which contains the whole tapestry in convenient sections is a slightly unusual shape.  The book measures 6.5cm wide and 2.2cm high.
