I specialise in the creation of high quality 1/12th scale Georgian & Regency houses. My unique designs are available fully decorated or as DIY Project houses. I also undertake bespoke commissions for both houses and room boxes from a variety of periods.

Ready to "move in" - unless a DIY Project House, my houses are fully decorated.
Architecturally consistent - there are stairs between floors in realistic locations; rooms are proportioned according to purpose; etc.
